Eight years of solving technical and customer problems, on three sides of the same business.
I started in technical support at an engineering institute in India, moved into international customer support in Singapore, spent nearly two years freelancing on full-stack web applications and IT support when the pandemic began, then handled technical inquiries and first-level troubleshooting for an e-commerce platform in Vietnam, and finally led a 12-person tour operations team serving more than 4,000 customers a year.
Studying the e-commerce platform's failures from the support side is what pulled me back towards system development for good, and I have kept building personal web applications ever since. I am from India and am currently in Japan, studying Japanese at Unitas Japanese Language School until December 2026, and looking for a systems engineer or web development position here where support experience, customer perspective and code all count.

What I build
Web applications, built end to end.
Since enrolling in language school I have kept building personal web application projects to stay sharp in React, Python, JavaScript and MongoDB. These are the kinds of systems I work on.
Full-stack web applications
React interfaces backed by Python APIs and a MongoDB or SQL database, with authentication, CRUD workflows and responsive layouts that work on phones as well as desktops.
E-commerce and business tools
Practical internal tooling of the kind I supported for two years: order and inventory views, customer enquiry handling, and admin screens that make a system's state obvious at a glance.
Static and business websites
Fast, accessible, search-optimised sites built in hand-written HTML and CSS — including this one, which runs as static files with structured data, sitemap and a Lighthouse-friendly footprint.
